1. Services
We provide dog and cat grooming services and grooming training courses.
All appointments and courses are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Grooming Academy Courses
Course fees must be paid in full (or as agreed in writing) before commencement.
We reserve the right to modify course content, dates, or trainers if required.

4. Pet Welfare
Pets must be fit, healthy, and vaccinated. Please inform us of any health or behavioural issues in advance.  We reserve the right to refuse service if an animal shows aggression or poses a risk to staff or other pets.

5. Liability
We take every care, but grooming and training are carried out at the owner’s risk.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, accidental injury, or allergic reactions unless caused by negligence.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and training materials remain our property and must not be copied or reproduced without consent.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
Grooming Appointments:- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost.

No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.  If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund. 

Grooming Academy Courses:- Course bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law.  If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards a future course.- Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as materials, resources, and trainer time have already been allocated.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
