1. Services
   We provide dog and cat grooming services.
   All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Appointments & Bookings
   Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
   Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Pet Welfare
   Pets must be fit, healthy, and vaccinated. Please inform us of any health or behavioural issues in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if an animal shows aggression or poses a risk to staff or other pets.

4. Liability
   We take every care, but grooming is carried out at the owner’s risk.
   We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, accidental injury, or allergic reactions unless caused by negligence.

5. Intellectual Property
   All website content and images remain our property and must not be copied or reproduced without consent.

6. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
   Grooming appointments:
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost.
   No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
   If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.
