Welcome to Wags and Whiskers & Wags and Whiskers Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

  • We provide dog and cat grooming services and grooming training courses.

  • All appointments and courses are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Grooming Academy Courses

  • Course fees must be paid in full (or as agreed in writing) before commencement.

  • We reserve the right to modify course content, dates, or trainers if required.

4. Pet Welfare

  • Pets must be fit, healthy, and vaccinated. Please inform us of any health or behavioural issues in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if an animal shows aggression or poses a risk to staff or other pets.

5. Liability

  • We take every care, but grooming and training are carried out at the owner’s risk.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, accidental injury, or allergic reactions unless caused by negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, and training materials remain our property and must not be copied or reproduced without consent.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance.
