1.Temperament Assessment: Prior to grooming, each cat’s temperament will be carefully assessed. Should a cat exhibit significant distress, we reserve the right to delay or discontinue the session in the interest of the cat’s well-being.

2.Vaccination Requirements: All cats must be up to date with their vaccinations, including rabies, before any grooming services can be provided.

3.Flea Policy: If a cat is found to have fleas, a flea treatment will be required prior to grooming. Flea treatments are available on-site.

4.Handling and Restraint: We employ gentle and humane handling techniques. No harsh restraints will be used at any stage.

5.Scope of Services: Our grooming services include nail trimming, coat brushing, bathing, and fur clipping. The extent of services will be tailored to each cat’s comfort and tolerance.

6.Owner Communication: Should any concerns arise during the grooming process, such as heightened anxiety, we will promptly inform the owner to determine the next steps.

7.Outcome & Liability: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee a specific grooming outcome. We strongly advise that all customers thoroughly inspect their cat’s groom before leaving our premises, as we cannot rectify any concerns once the cat has departed. Should any health or safety issues arise, we may recommend a veterinary consultation and will coordinate with your vet to ensure your cat’s well-being.
